For the shopaholics

A market showcasing vendors around the Roy Thomson Hall lobby, with live entertainment. The summer market offers handmade crafts, artisanal goods, vintage finds and F&B. Children’s programming (according to the market):

  • Games

2. Toronto Outdoor Art Fair

For the art lovers

Children’s programming is in Zone A – the centre of Nathan Phillips Square. It includes:

  • Interactive pop-up installation called ’36 questions that lead to loving Toronto green spaces’.
  • Power Kids: kids collage workshops
  • Budding Art Buyers: Children under 14 years can collect original work for less than $20
  • Live music performances will take place between 10.45am and 5pm

3. Toronto Flower Market

For the botanical enthusiasts

What’s in it for the kids:
  • Purchase a handcrafted ice pop from the Pop Stand
  • Participate in a flower pressing activity (with adult supervision)
  • Play on the ramps in the CAMH park
  • 4min walk from Trinity Bellwoods Playground

Bring snacks for the kids. The earlier you get there, the more flowers will be available. The market is a great pre-brunch activity as it’s around lots of restaurants.

4. Mixto Festival
